The best host ever, she is so nice and took great care of us even without speaking much English! The room is very big with a comfy bed and a really good shower. Breakfast is great.

When staying in Thailand the location is the key. And with this place you get a great location indeed. Walking distance to central Sukhothai historical park and to the morning alms ceremony at Wat Traphang Thing. The lady running the place is the most smiling person we met in all of Thailand and can cook one hell of a breakfast.

Spacious room and lovely room. Hot shower and fast WiFi for remote work. I took 2 video conference calls (no quality issues) and did a few systems items that required good WiFi. Location cannot be beat. Less than 5 minutes to the gate for the historical site and to the Main Street in the old town. Owner is super friendly as well and you can rent a bicycle from her at a good price.

Location was really great. It's next to the historical park. You can rent a bike for 30 baht/day or if you want to ride for 7-11 for a while, the owner will not charge. Good breakfast, especially for Thai breakfast. You can request what you want based on their availability. Free coffee all day!!!

Everything. It is such a nice place. It is a quiet place, yet very close to everything. The room is really nice, clean and confortable. The most important part is how nice and wonderful is the owner of the place. Really, she was so helpfull and just so nice. We recommand 110% this place :)

The location is perfect. When we arrived around 17:00, the owner asked if we wanted to see a few temples, before it’s dark. And so before we knew it, her daughters drove us around, to the best places. It was great. The owner doesn’t speak much English, but it all went well using Google translate. We also rented bikes for a good price.
