Māori does not have much to offer apart from ferry and bus access to other areas. The hotel is not called the same anymore and is not easy to find despite asking locals. There is no signage at the moment. Eat away from the sea front as cheaper and better food.

    Nice village for family vacations.

Nice village for family vacations. Convinient local transportation privided by local bus comany, but sometimes the buses are going out of the schedule. Nice gravel beach, but most of the palces ase not free, and cost could be significant. Not many places for intertainmets, no night life, but there are several several restaurants with decent food,

Public transport is not as simple as it seems.

Public transport is not as simple as it seems. However, you should definitely drive around the entire coast for the amazing views. Nice Erchie beach, clean blue water. It is not near the street and very cozy, secluded and calm. There are no sharp stones and rocks, only small round stones. Not deep, great fun for kids. Beautiful green mountains.

Great city to use as a base to visit Amalfi ,Positano and Ravello. Easy ferry or bus service to all. Not to be confused with the cozy and quaint vertical towns of Amalfi/Positano. Maiori is bigger and busier with nice beach and less jammed with tourists.

    Maiori exceeded our expectations.

Maiori exceeded our expectations. We love how calm and chill this town is in comparison with Positano and Amalfi, for instance. It was very easy to get the ferries and move ourselves from one city to another. Good restaurants options were a bit harder to find in this area, but we did have good meals there!

I really liked maiori , it’s a good place to stay on the Amalfi coast with good access to Amalfi , positano etc . Is easy to get to by boat or bus. It’s very beautiful. The people are friendly. The only things I didn’t find amazing about maiori are : Not enough restaurants to support the ammount of tourists (long waits for tables at most places) Not enough variety of food ( it’s pizza / pasta or pizza / pasta). I get that “it’s in Italy that’s what they eat” Ok , imagine going to a town in uk where you can visit any of the 15 or so restaurants at location but all you can order is fish and chips or a lamb hotpot. Also the underlying theme of the Amalfi coast is €€€€€. I am by no means “tight” but some of the places there do take the piss a bit I think

The unit is very well situated, right across from Maiori Beach, one of the nicest sandy beaches on the Amalfi coast. It was a 5 minute walk to the ferry port, the bus station, grocery stores and a 15 minute walk to the neighboring town of Manori. The unit itself was modern, spotless and well equipped with two spacious balconies off the kitchen and the bedroom. The area was quiet and seemed safe at night. The host met us on time with the key and he was very friendly and responsive to questions and requests during our stay.

A very cozy B&B. We were received with a lot of affection. The whole family works there to offer guests a happy and comfortable stay, so that you feel at home. They offer cheese, wine, tomatoes and artisanal lemon marmalade made by them. Our room exceeded our expectations in terms of size, cleanliness (every day) and coziness. 750m from Maiori beach, close to markets and good restaurants. The price of accommodation for the region - Amalfi Coast - is without a doubt INCOMPARABLE! Thank you for everything! 💙

Perfect position, 30 seconds walk from main corso, and 5 mins from the sea. 15 minutes from the pier for boats to the rest of the coast. The apartment was very clean, spacious. There was everything needed (except for shower gel). The owners were also very friendly and very helpful. In addition, the apartment comes with free parking which is definitely a plus for the area. Would definitely go again should we visit Amalfi coast again.

Excellent breakfast served in the room. Apartment is on a very good location in immediate vicinity of the beach. Private parking is included. Maiori is a very good base for exploring the Amalfi coast. Recommend walking the 'Sentiero dei limoni' (Path of the 🍋) starting from Maiori and finishing in nearby Minori. The apartment is well maintained and the host was very supportive and professional. Recommended!

Location was absolutely fantastic!!! Apartmants was good size and very clean but badly equipped kitchen if you plan to cook in och not enough towels or toilet paper. Other than that, a very friendly host. Once again location was amazing. Maiori is to recommend if you want to visit the Amalfi coast, very easy going and still close to all towns. Much calmer than Amalfi or Positano. Would stay in Maiori again.

I loved everything about the place. Very clean, well organized, and the staff was amazing. It's closed to supermarket, restaurants, laundromats, and transportation. The apartment has a little patio out front with a table and some chairs to relax. And the WiFi is amazing; used it every day for work with no issues whatsoever. Will definitely stay again next time I visit the Amalfi Coast.

GREAT BALCONY! Even on the main Amalfi road, but with beach and sea view. We enjoyed it! Very good communication with Alberto, easy check-in and check-out. We loved the possibility to make coffee, and tea, using MW, small kitchen...also our room was spacy with a big wardrobe, which is not in Italy granted a bath with a great shower. Everything was with a nice design.

Location was perfect. Right next to the city center but with better views. The staff was simply amazing. The airline lost our bags and the guys at the reception were super helpful and as worried as we were. The hotel Restaurant is also fantastic, one of the best in Maiori. We loved it, will 100% recommend it and we will for sure come back.

From the staff to the room which was big and comfortable and the great location (beach front), this hotel is the best you can get for a fair price in Amalfi Coast. Although Maiori is a small town and not very touristic, you have all the ferry connections to go to Amalfi, Capri, Positano… The breakfast is absolutely delicious

Very clean and close to the beach, as well as close to the SITA bus stop to visit the other towns on the Amalfi Coast. Breakfast is at Tony’s cafe across the street and was very good. The host Maria was very helpful and kind. Maiori is less crowded than Amalfi and Positano, and has a nice family atmosphere.
