It is a small town on the hills of Amalfi, one hour away from any beach city. The people are very friendly, it is a quite small town with cozy restaurants and great food, more suitable for a silent rest than the beach resorts.

The location very nice, like in the mountains.
The location very nice, like in the mountains. A good location to visit Amalfi coast, although not straight on the shore. Around 1.5h drive to Positano, quite similar times to Amalfi and Ravello, +\- 10 mins. Be prepare to mostly eat pizza, not many restaurants in Agerola and mostly well rated are Pizzerias.

Quiet village with enough places to eat and drink
Quiet village with enough places to eat and drink
Excellent location for completing the path of the gods as it is situated right at the start of the trail
There’s an excellent viewing point of the Amalfi coast about a 10 -15 minute walk from the centre (Parco Corona)
Local people seem really friendly.
The bus stop to Amalfi is right in the middle of Agerola and is a 30 - 40 minute ride away.

The views were beautiful.
The views were beautiful. The place was situated high up on the mountain. The only thing is that someone should know some English. It’s a little difficult in communicating with them if you do not speak their language. The Wi-Fi wasn’t that great, but other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Getting around was easy. In the town of Agerola, they had buses to take you into the Amalfi coast area and you could also take the boats to Positano. Very affordable.

If want want views and vibe, do not stay in Agerola.
If want want views and vibe, do not stay in Agerola. It is an area for "locals" and a winding, steep 30 min drive down to the coast. If you want a cheaper, quieter base to explore the Amalfi coast, then it is the right place for you.
The view, the pool and the staff makes it worth the money.
The staff and the general manager were very kind, attentive and helpful! They made the stay a really great experience! They had a lot of helpful information about trips and when I got sick they offered to drive me to the pharmacy. Amazing service!
The pool area is very relaxing and the views are amazing. The location is quite far up which makes for a nice view and busses are going down to the coast regularly during weekdays. The hotel even offers a shuttle.
A new facility less than 2 years since it was built. Everything is clean and beautiful. Breakfast was very good, and the outside garden seating delightful with a lovely sea view at a distance. This is wonderful getaway for quiet relaxation, however, it is far from Amalfi. A 30 to 50 minute bus ride (depending on the traffic). The hotel is located away from the city in the midst of small agricultural properties and gardens. The hotel provides free transportation to/from the bus stop and scheduled intervals.
Lovely hotel, very clean and very friendly staff with fresh croissants for breakfast every morning! Location was fantastic for doing the Santeiro Degli Dei and the bus stop was close for buses to the rest of the Amalfi coast. Fantastic place to stay with easy access to amalfi coast but peacefully away from the busy tourist areas. A few lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk too and plenty of free parking.
This is a stunning boutique family-run hotel. Everything on the property is well kept up and tended to and all of the grounds are gorgeous and quaint! The views are amazing at all times of day. The owner is so friendly and personable and goes out of her way to make you happy. Tomatoes and aubergines from the garden were fresh every morning and a wonderful part of the breakfast spread.
Everyone was very friendly and really helpful. The service was excellent. The hotel was very clean. Agerola is located on the mountain just above Amalfi. It is possible to see Amalfi from Agerola. The view at the top is incredible. It takes about 1 hour to go to Amalfi by bus. The last bus is at 22 from Amalfi to Agerola. It is also possible to reach nearby places such as Naples by bus.
Very nice and well-kept hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. The owner recommended a gourmet restaurant nearby for dinner, which we decided to try and it was the most amazing experience for us (we usually go for the cheeper options), so thanks! The hotel is also very close to the center of Agerola and also to the starting point on the Path of Gods trail.
The hotel is new, all facilities, e. g. rooms, the pool etc. are new and impeccably clean. We had two rooms with terraces, and the view over Bomerano was amazing. Maria, Salvatore, Ida, Antonio and everyone else at the hotel were simply amazing. Their hospitality made our stay perfect. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you very much Panariello Palace!
Very well represented hotel. The location was perfectly ideal for the views over the coast. The room was perfectly big enough for just the two of us. The breakfast was most ideal with a variety of items, hot or cold - they even came to your table to offer Coffee or Tea. This was a very well looked after hotel and is to be recommended!
It has more of that at home feel than a normal hotel does, and it's off the beaten path. So if you need a break from the downtown, cars ripping by every 2 Seconds, police sirens annoying you lifestyle then this is it. It's peaceful. The staff is great, and there is plenty of room. We had 5 people and everyone had their own bed.
The most amazing breakfast, some of the best we’ve had in Italy so far. Great location if you want to do the Path of gods hike (10 min walk to the start of the path). Convenient bus stop with direct connection to Amalfi(2 min walk). The atmosphere is super welcoming.
Make sure to try their home made jams.
Really friendly hotel with a very nice communal atmosphere. The breakfast was very good, I especially enjoyed the pancakes with home made jam. There was always something happening and plenty of other very friendly people to spend time with. Would definitely return for a second visit.
Exceptional hospitality, Luigi (the host) was so kind and helpful that it made our whole trip feel even better than it already was.
If we could rate higher than 10 we would do so without a doubt.
The residence itself is very clean and cozy, we felt like locals living in Agerola.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Price was rather low for the area and the season. Comfortable bed. A lot of hiking opportunities like the path of gods, Monte Tre Calli or Monte Molare starting directly from the hotel.
Cute, clean apartment in the center of Agerola. I can’t say enough how ideal the location is in Agerola — it’s right next to the SITA bus stop, multiple grocery stores and restaurants.
The hotel was immaculate. It was incredibly clean and the staff were amazing. And the views were something out of a magazine. No doubt it is one of the best hotels in all of Italy.
Definitely a must-stay here if you are visiting the nearby.... a Very nice and clean hotel, the breakfast was very good and even the restaurant on site serves very good food. A+
They were renovating during our stay, so everything was a bit different. But the hotel manager did everything to make us comfortable and was very helpfull and friendly.
Beautiful hotel, kind and caring staff and the place is peaceful and calming, and the view is so beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and food in the restaurant was 10/10.
